Our goal is to guide you from engagement to the altar with as much information and as little headache as possible. This Terms of Use may be updated as we deem necessary. By using the BridalNH.com Website (the "Website") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this "Agreement"), whether or not you register as a member ("Member"). If you wish to become a Member, communicate with other Members and make use of the BridalNH.com services (the "Service"), please read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance by following the instructions in the Registration process.
This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Website and your Membership in the Service. Bridal NH may modify this Agreement as and when we deem necessary and such modification shall be effective upon posting by Bridal NH on the Website. BridalNH.com is the property of Manchester Radio Group with its principal offices at 500 Commercial St., Manchester, NH 03101. All design, code and other information on the site, excluding the Manchester Radio Group and Saga Communications Logos and vendor information, is owned and updated by Twelve Moons LLC owners and representatives and may not be used, reproduced or displayed without express written consent from BridalNH.

Bridal NH prohibits the posting of copyrighted materials in any form, unless you are the original copyright holder! Copyright infringement is a federal offense and in cases where copyright infringement is suspected we reserve the right to contact the appropriate authorities and terminate your account, resulting in the loss of all information.
Bridal NH respects the intellectual property of others and we will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Members understand and agree that our site is for informational purposes only and that information contained herein does not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of BridalNH. Bridal NH in no way endorses the end product delivered by the vendors on the website nor can Bridal NH accept responsibility for their ability, or lack there of, to deliver the level of service and/or quality of product which you negotiate with them in a contract.
BridalNH is a free service and, as such, offers members a free account with limited capabilities and server space to store their planners with their wedding information. We cannot guarantee server uptime or be held responsible for any loss of information that occurs. BRIDES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO BACK UP ANY AND ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THEIR PLANNER TO AVOID PERMANENT LOSS OF INFORMATION IN THE RARE EVENT OF SERVER FAILURE.

Please choose carefully the information you post on Bridal NH.com and that you provide to other Users. Your Bridal NH profile may not include the following items: COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL, defamatory comments toward individuals or businesses, telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, and any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. Despite this prohibition, information provided by other Bridal NH.com Members (for instance, in their Profile) may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services, and Bridal NH assumes no responsibility or liability for this material. If you become aware of misuse of the Bridal NH Services by any person, please contact Bridal NH or click on the "Report” icon on the Couples page.
Bridal NH reserves the right to remove any postings, media or account for any reasons with or without prior notice and without liability.

Bridal NH may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Bridal NH. Bridal NH has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, Bridal NH will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Website, you expressly relieve Bridal NH from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

Don’t believe everything you read. The information contained within the vendors section, written articles and couples section should be treated as opinions and a starting point from which to begin your research. We can not be responsible for posted opinions that lead to a negative outcome for our users. To that end, by using the website, you agree to release and hold Bridal NH, Manchester Radio Group, and Saga Communications harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, either directly or indirectly related to or arising from your using the Bridal NH website.

In order to provide the best possible website for our users we ask that the information you provide to us be accurate and complete at the time of submission. In the event that your personal data changes we ask that you update it with us in a timely manner. If your information is not updated in a reasonable period of time we reserve the right to terminate your account and remove your information from our database and prohibit future accounts.

Some of the information you provide during sign-up and in the My Info section may be shared with select vendors depending on your indicated preferences. BridalNH prohibits its users (both brides and vendors) from contacting other members via posted information such as email addresses, user name, addresses, etc for purposes of solicitation.

BridalNH is intended for users over the age of 18. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to use discretion when allowing their child to use our website.

Users agree that any and all users posted information may be incorporated into the website sales and promotion for an indefinite period of time as the Website deems appropriate. None of the information found in the articles section, vendors section or couple section may be reproduced, copied, posted and/or otherwise be made available without express written consent from BridalNH.

BridalNH users should understand not all of the information on the website is up-to-date, accurate or written by the persons listed as the author. Vendor portfolios, bride portfolios or other authored work could be the work of vendors with an ulterior motive, disgruntled brides, jilted lovers, bored web surfers or any other uninformed party. We ask that our users approach the site with a bit of common sense and caution.

By participating in our website you will agree to follow a few basic rules that will help us ensure that BridalNH is welcoming and helpful for everyone involved:

• No offensive language including but not limited to vulgarity, racially and/or sexually insensitive remarks, derogatory statements, slander and/or any other comments that are deemed inappropriate by BridalNH
• No invasion of privacy or sharing of other person’s information without their consent.
• Members may not post libelous or defamatory comments about vendors and/or any other person or company.
• Suggestions and opinions are welcome if they are posted and presented in a manner that is non judgmental or accompanied by any rude or insulting language.
• A reasonable level and manner of communication is required from our users. Please do not harass or bombard our vendors, other site users or webmaster with an unreasonable amount of communication and/or communication that could be considered threatening as defined by BridalNH and the law.
• Please do not use aliases when setting up your account, communicating with vendors, the webmaster or other users. In order to maintain a safe and accurate account of the activity on BridalNH we need to know who is using our site.

We reserve the right to change the design, programming, service offerings, vendors, functions, tabs and/or any other feature of our website without prior notice to our users. BridalNH will make final decisions over what features change, when they change and how long they remain that way. Users cannot hold BridalNH liable for any information that is removed during the change or remodeling of the site.

Your portfolio will be available on the site until the time that we remove it which, in most cases, will be after an excessive period of inactivity, as deemed solely by Bridal NH. In the case of a user that violates any guideline, including providing inaccurate information to BridalNH, the account may deleted as the webmaster deems appropriate.

BridalNH makes no claim either explicitly or implicitly now or at any time that the vendors found within the site will meet your expectations, deliver the products and/or services you contract from them or any of the information on their portfolio is 100% accurate and/or free of exaggeration. By using this site you release BridalNH from any and all liability in the event that a vendor fails to fulfill their contract or if the information on their portfolio is misleading and/or incorrect.
BridalNH can not be held responsible for any damage or loss of information that occurs to your computer as a result of downloading and/or saving information from the site.

Limitation on Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL BridalNH.COM BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF BridalNH.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, BridalNH.COM'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO BridalNH.COM FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.

Disputes. If there is any dispute about or involving the Website and/or the Service, by using the Website, you agree that any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Pennsylvania, City of Scranton.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Bridal NH, Manchester Radio Group, Saga Communications, Twelve Moons, L.L.C., Eleven Moons L.L.C., their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

Other. This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the Website and is further affirmed by you becoming a Member of the Service. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and BridalNH.com regarding the use of the Website and/or the Service. The failure of BridalNH.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
